"These were really good. I didn't have any chocolate chips, but I did have butterscotch which I like better any way. Nice and moist with a wonderful peanut flavor."

"Very very good, but I will agree with the other 2. You should make this a day ahead and let it almost get a bit dry I guess you could say. But the flavor of the beer was really nice. I would love to try it again with a darker beer to intensify that flavor. Thanks for the recipe!"

"This was so outstanding! It reminded me exactly of the no bake cookies that I make, but wonderful creamy texture instead of oatie. I love it and so does my whole family. It was intended for a cookie exchange, but my family refuses to let it go!"

"My son, who never likes anything new, gave these the thumbs up. All that I can ever get him to eat are my frosted sugr cookies and he gobbled up the strawberry jello cookies I just made. Thanks for the life saver! "

"These were good, that's not a question, but I don't know if they really remind me of a s'more or not. In any case, thanks for the recipe!"

"These were really good muffins, thank you very much Ocean! I made them in to jumbo muffins last night, just a personal preference, and had the first one this morning on my way to work. A wonderful start to the day!"

"This was so so so good! 1st beacause it was so simple to put together, and 2nd, because it was delicious! I only had a jar of mild salsa, so I added some red pepper flakes for a little bit of heat. Next time I will just use hotter salsa to make it a tad less sweet. Wonderful recipe!"

"These were surprisingly very moist. I thought for sure that they would be dry being that you don't add any liquid other than the pumpkin itself. Very good, but I did add a cinnamon sugar topping before I baked them and also added pie spice to the batter. "

"This recipe was so easy and so good at the same time. The only thing that I would do differently is not add quite so much onion, but a really refreshing way to use up those extra veggies!"
