    "i used half of a bottom round for this recipe. it was approximately 7 lbs so i increased the gravy to 3 cans and the italian dressing to 3/4 cup. i threw it in the crockpot on high for 7 or 8 hours. it was tender & it tasted great. i thickened the gravy with cornstarch & served with smashed potatoes & corn. mmmmmm..very good.the whole family..."
