    About Me

Although I'm currently only in my teens, I have a great fondness for cooking. Desserts are my favorite dishes to make, but I do like to prepare many meals as well. I'm famous for my oatmeal cookies (don't tell, but the recipe comes from the Quaker Oatmeal box lid ^_^) and my weird-but-wonderful taste for unique ingredients and unusual ingredients (especially in recipes such as pumpkin banana froth, found here on Recipie Zaar.) Also, I am a proud vegetarian and a staunch supporter of the benefits of "power health foods" such as whole grain breads, flax seed, et cetera.

    Favorite Foods

*Quorn "chicken" cutlets (a chicken-substitute that works wonderfully in recipes requiring poultry AND tastes surprisingly like the real thing)
    *Mosaki (sp?)
*Cucumber Dill soup (check out my recipe)
    *Garlic Bread
*Just about anything sweat... pies, cookies, pudding, you name it!
*Smoothies, especially the combination of buttermilk, raspberries, blueberries, ice cubes (if the berries are fresh, not frozen), and a dash of sugar that my dad and I concocted
*Fresh fruits (especially apricots, cherries, peaches, raspberries, kumquats, and fresh locally grown Hammonton blueberries) and veggies (homegrown tomatoes, artichokes...)
*A ton of other things that currently have slipped my mind ^_^
