    About Me

I love to cook almost as much as I love to eat.  My specialties are cajun cuisine, southern style dishes, and anything off the grill or smoker.  I have been trying to branch out and expand my horizons recently by challenging myself with more technical dishes from various different countries which has been exciting and gone very well so far.  Another challenge for myself has been finding lighter and lower sodium alternatives in order to help reduce my current size. All of these challenges have helped to modify my way of thinking about food and bring a lot of new joy back into my cooking experiences.

To those who love to cook, I salute you.
