"These are very moist muffins that easily transitioned from a dinner muffin to a pastry-like morning breakfast. I added a bit more sugar to the crumb topping. Additionally, in place of buttermilk I used 2-6 oz Yoplait yogurts - one in orange and one in lime. This gave it a fresh, light taste. Additionally, I used raspberries which were fantastic. A..."

"Okay...everyone bear with me. This is aimed at people, like myself, who haven't ever worked with whipping cream. The taste is excellent but I didn't know to keep whipping the cream until it was a "Cool Whip" type texture. Someone also later told me that the longer you whip, the firmer the texture. I'd read to beat the whip 2 minutes, but that was ..."

"I had the same experience as a previous reviewer, in that they seemed so soft coming out of the oven I was concerned they might not set up. However, once they'd cooled, they were perfect. I used 1/2 chocolate chip/half peanut butter chips - they were great! The almond extract flavor goes a long way! I definitely don't recommend using any more than..."

"Great recipe! I wiped the pan down with olive oil to coat prior to adding the ingredients to it & feel it must've helped as I had very little sticking. I used the 4 tsp minced garlic cloves and do not recommend using any more than this. I believe you could do wonderfully with half that. And as a sidenote, if you're having guests over, I don't reco..."

"I made this dish for family when visiting & they loved it. 5 adults nearly cleared the entire casserole! It has a great flavor & I would definitely recommend using black olives somewhere in the dish! It is surprisingly filling and doesn't leave you feeling heavy after eating. This is a recipe that will be repeated over & over!"
