Reviewed Gluten Free Challah Bread
"Amazing! When my 3 year old was diagnosed with a wheat allergy, I was so intimidated by the abundant Challah served every Friday at her preschool. It was her favorite. I make rolls with this recipe and now she doesn't even miss it! The rest of the family loves these too. I also use more salt - 1 tsp."

Chocolate. I mostly cook fish and vegetables, and though I try to go organic and mostly sugar free (unless it is dessert), I am not at all above occasional food coloring to make adorable things like Parrot Head Mama's Cheeseburger in Paradise. I have been known to find a spice I like, like star anise, and then find a recipe for it. Maybe that's backwards. As a good Jewish girl, I have always made great chicken soup even though I don't eat the chicken.
