"Just sorry I can't give it 10 stars! I like spicy, so I followed suggestion to use Rotel tomatoes. I also used hot sausage. Borrowing a trick from my Aunt Mary, I added some bloody Mary mix for extra flavor. It's also a great liquid to add the next day if the soup gets too thick. This is even better the next day and freezes well! Made this f..."

"I made these when I had some friends with kids over for a cookout. Had hotdogs and hamburgers, with these for dessert. Everyone had fun making their special recipe. Peanut butter was really popular too!"

"Wasn't sure what to expect, but wanted to try because they sounded healthy. My only complaint is that I didn't make enough! Couldn't wait, so I started sampling them while they were on the grill, and there weren't many left when they finally were done. Have more mushrooms in the fridge, so will be making again this week. Melt in your mouth fan..."

"Great flavor! I have made this three times and people are intrigued by it, but always love it. Great with burgers and hot dogs. I bought a mix of yellow, red, and green peppers pre-chopped in the produce department, and used purple onions, so the color was really pretty. Definitely on my list for future picnics / BBQs!"

"Makes a very pretty presentation and adds something healthy to the normal July 4th fare. I thought the dressing was very good, but may consider "cheating" and buying a raspberry vinaigrette the next time I make the salad."

"The olives added great flavor and color! Great tasting and everyone at my July 4th party loved them (I made 1.5x recipe. Two hints - 1 clean the knife between cutting each egg to keep the yolks from getting on the whites, 2 add olives and taste before adding salt in order to avoid the recipe from getting too salty. Will definitely make again!"

"I served these at my wine tasting party - mushrooms are great to mix with a red wine. One of the hits of the party! With all of the food I was serving, it was nice to have a "lighter" appetizer vs the typical sausage and cheese stuffing. Quick and easy, and the house smelled great while they were cooking. I doubled the recipe and only had 3 or..."

"Last week I was wowed by this combination at a local happy hour... in the form of a martini! Just added some vodka and crushed up strawberries with a full strawberry for a garnish. I have been raving about it ever since, so I was happy to see this recipe here. Just beware if you make the drink - you can hardly taste the liquor, so it can really..."
