    Reviewed Raspberry Muffins

"YUM!!! Will definitely make again. I was out of whole wheat flour so used all AP but will try some whole wheat next time. Nice combination of spices and fruit. I used unsweetened frozen raspberries and they were just right -- not overly sweet. Made 1/2 a batch of streusel and still had enough to freeze for another batch or two. Thanks for pos..."

    Reviewed Kittencal's Caramel Apples

    About Me

Love to cook and am addicted to the Food Network and HGTV but if I see one more quail egg staring at me with a raw eye, I'll scream. How can anybody eat that after they've looked at it?

Okay, I'll admit it - I'm just not that adventurous. Since I'm in a small town, many "exotic" ingredients aren't available to us -- but I love to try a wide variety of herbs and spices to change the flavors of the same old, same old!
