    Reviewed Best Grilled Burgers

"Very average, there's no reason to add this much salt in different forms. No black pepper, sorry. This just isn't proper seasoning for meat. 1 tsp per pound of meat for black pepper is the usual measure to start with."

Reviewed Full House: Coconut Cupcakes, Lemon Curd Filling, Coconut-Lemon Buttercream Frosting, Toasted Coconut

"These are delicious. Not too sweet, nice airy cake, beautiful lemon tang. For the person commenting about bitterness I promise you zested into the pith (white under the skin of citrus) which, even in minute amounts, can ruin a dish with bitterness. Fresh lemons will always provide the best flavor over bottled juices as well. Enjoy."

    Reviewed Made-Over Deep Dish Brownies

"I found the brownies to be very easy to make and they came out quite fudgy and tasted great. Had a little issue cutting them (may have mixed wrong they broke apart here and there but otherwise were very good. I substituted the 1/4C white sugar for 1/4C stevia. Great recipe.""

    Reviewed Baked Sweet Potato

"This idea is typical and a good one to use for sweet potatoes.. my complaints here is #1 yams are not sweet potatoes and do have a different taste. #2 1/8 cup of butter per person is ridiculously high. I use no sugar (it's a sweet potato..) I add cinnamon and nutmeg both to the mixture and 1 tbsp whipped butter per person."
