"Loved it! But in fairness, I changed it ...I used 1/2 cup 1% milk and 1 1/2 cups of pureed cauliflower (my own favority sneaky trick on my kids instead of the 2 cups of milk, I cut the broth in 1./2 (due to many reviews about the thinness of the soup and pureed 1 cup of brocolli and put the rest in chunky to compensate with heavier liquid. Also,..."

"SO YUMMY! SO EASY! My kind of Soup!!
I added nutmeg and replaced 1/3 of the milk with pureed cauliflower. Used 1% milk and unsalted butter instead of margerine. Love it - will make it again. Thank you for sharing!"

"LOVE THIS BREAD! Easy to make - mini or regular loaves - freezes well - sweet but not SWEET - you can taste the ingredients and it is better than you would think for a zuccini bread! "I added no salt but kept all else as listed. In a Word - DELICIOUS. Fantastic broth from the drippings if you keep all the juices in teh crock pot on low all night after dinner with all your bones and skin. The broth had a nice kick to it from the rub and I will never make chicken soup old school again ="

"I am a newbie to using a crock pot and I have never made pulled pork before. I recieved about 7 recipes from friends but they all called to cook the pork in the serving sauce and I just thought that to spice the meat would be better - so people could sauce it for added sweetness to personal taste.
This was PERFECT. I wouldn't change a thing. ..."

"Very Easy and Good but if you are not using FRESH seasonings and GOOD EVOO (as stated by Pat, you really need to add a few anchovie filets chopped up into the oil and garlic (it really adds a great taste, especially if you are cutting corners with other ingredients. I also found I could cut the oil to 3/8 a cup and meal didn't suffer one bit. =."

"I LOVED this pot roast! Love the lack of soup mix too!! I used a 3 pound roast and also added 3 stalks of celery chopped, 10 oz of sliced mushrooms (with about 2 hours left, 2 cloves of garlic minced, and increased the worstechire sauce (I can never spell that! to 5 TblSpns. Cooked it for 10 hours on low - will cook it for 9 hours next time. Cam..."
