    About Me

    I am a 40 year old mother of 4 Na Na of 3!! I am a Full Time student who is about to graduate and get my degree in Business. Most all the classes I took as my electives were Food and Beverage related. I wonder why? I guess because food is one of my main passions. My father whom I had recently lost was the "chef" and did all the holidays and events, when he passed the torch was passed on to me. I was excited because I was ALWAYS wanting to cook and host the holiday meals, but when dad was in the kitchen, everyone stayed out! lol. Gotta love him. Miss you dad!!

    I have always had people tell me I should opena restaurant or start a catering company. Not a bad idea I though, but not there yet. I've always wanted to write a cookbook as well withmy recipes and my fathers and dedicate it to him, but I have not been able to financially. I wouldn't even know where to start.

    Food seems to always be that nature pick me up or put a smile on someones face and I am always wanting to do something for people and if it is my cooking that they appreciate, so be it.

    Favorite Foods

    I am famous for party foods for the most part, but I have a nack at making up one dish meals and casseroles. I am a on the spot recipe maker upper.

    I love mexican both eating it and making it, along with chinese, however, I can really get down on some southern homecooking as well.

    My favorite restaurant is....well...we can be here all night because I don't have just one, but I do love Fridays, Applebees, Joes Crab Shack, ANY Mexican Resaurant and a good steakhouse.
