"This is a great low carb recipe. I have been experimenting with many flax recipes and this is one of the better ones, by far. I used the previous advice and increased baking powder to 1tsp and got a nice dome shape to the muffin. I will add a little extra splenda next time for my sweet tooth. Thanks!"
