"Can I give this 10 stars please?? So easy, and such a hit. We only had butter, so used that, and it was so delicious! We used a grocery bag, and it worked perfectly, then spread it out on 2 cookie sheets to cool, and it was crunchy and perfect (ours wasn't chewy at all)! We may add some peanuts at the cooling stage next time. You definitely want to..."

"This has good flavor, and is quick to make. I used brown rice and added cinnamon and nutmeg. I added raisins in the very beginning and it made them nice and plump. Will use less than the minimum sugar next time too. The texture was a little weird, but that may be because I used nonfat milk (similar to how instant pudding just isn't quite the same)...."

"Yum! I'm never again buying mexican rice in a box from the grocery store to accompany our mexican meals at home. Easy to make - the only thing that takes a bit of time is browning the rice. I'm currently a stay at home mom to two boys (7 and 5). Most of the time I feel like this is more challenging than my old job as an IT analyst! My husband is super, and is supportive of anything I do - currently addicted to zaar! We've been married 9 years, both our second time around).
I love scrapbooking, cloth diapering, organizing, getting things for really good deals, and spending time with my family. We're in the process of "going green" and having lots of fun doing it. I have an Etsy store: www.winkydinks.etsy.com
My rating system:
5 stars - outstanding. Save this one for company or make it very often for ourselves.
4 stars - very good. Something we would definitely make again (and again).
3 stars - was good. Tastes may not have suited us but was a good recipe. May or may not try it again.
2 stars - was ok. Probably would not make again.
1 star - didn't turn out, would not make again.

I currently don't have a lot of time to devote to fancy meals. So when I find things that are EASY, I love them. I'm also into OAMC and we try to make freezer meals once every couple of months with my mom and one other guest for the session. It's fun!
