Reviewed Chicken with Mustard Mascarpone Marsala Sauce

"One of the best pasta dishes I every ate! Not a mushroom lover, so I used 1/2 a pound. That was perfect for us. All the flavors blended so well. You can taste each flavor without one overpowering the other. Can't wait to make this again for company!"

Reviewed Chinese Chicken and Rice Soup

"Made this tonight as directed. I used grape tomatoes and brown rice as that was what I had. I was not sure about the eggs, as I don't like egg drop soup but this smelled and tasted delicious...just like a good Chinese restaurant! I used a bunch of scallions, as directed and thought this gave the soup great flavor, not bland at all. I did not not"

Reviewed PLAT - Pancetta, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato with Romano Aioli

"Made this tonight. Quick, Easy and Delicious. I am in love with pancetta now...So much better, and easier to make and eat, than bacon. This was a very light, but filling sandwich. I usually eat my BLT's dry but am glad I tried the aioli. My husband requested I keep this recipe and make it again."

    Reviewed Italian Breakfast Skewers

"Loved this recipe. Can't wait to have it again. I used breakfast sausage links, instead of the Italian sausage. They turned out great. I will spray the pan next time so the sugar from the pineapple won't make them stick. ""

Reviewed Lemon and Basil Eggs over Foccacia

"I used a 3 cheese bread, so I left out the parmesan cheese. Didn't have fresh basil, so I used fresh chives. The lemon olive oil really makes it! Will try again, maybe with another bread. ""

    Reviewed Greek-Style Fresh Tomato Sauce

"Very tasty and good as is, however I think I will add some kalamata olives next time...and there will definately be a next time. Quick, easy and makes a lot.""
