    Reviewed Kid Friendly Pasta Salad

"My 8-year-old daughter and I never miss an episode of Ree's show. As soon as she saw this one, she wanted to make it for the Labor Day barbecue at Grandma's. I agree with the poster who said that the balance was a bit vinegar-y for our taste, but otherwise, this was wonderful! She got lots of compliments on her choice and on our cooking. "

Reviewed Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies by Noel Trujillo

"I made these almost exactly as instructed, but did sub in whole wheat flour for half of the flour. They are great, and much better-looking than the cookies in the pictures. Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Lemon Curd and Fresh Raspberries

"These were aMAzing! My entire family gobbled them up, and the flavor was just the right amount of lemon-y. The texture was light and fluffy. We didn't have fresh raspberries, so we used raspberry syrup, and it was a great contrast. This will definitely become a regular in our family!"

Reviewed Roasted Butternut Squash Salad with Warm Cider Vinaigrette

"This recipe was amazing! I never would have thought to combine these ingredients in this way, but was looking for a way to use up a huge delivery of butternut squash from my winter CSA--this looked great, and it tasted great. The only thing I substituted was that I used feta instead of parmesan because that's what I had on hand--it worked beautifully. It was easy to prepare and my husband and children ate it up! I'll be adding this to the regular rotation.
