Born in Memphis, TN and still really love the South, now living and working in Chicago, Il. I love this town and always have. I work for a company called Document Technologies, Inc with corporate Headquarters in Atlanta, GA. I love to cook and try new recipes. If I have any pet peeves it is I hate when people boil or put ribs in the oven, and of course I hat it when people say "Happy Friday"
My inspiration to cook comes from watching my Grandmother all those years ago and watching people enjoy my food. My favorite chefs past and present: Justin Wilson, Paula Deen, Bobby Flay, and Pat and Gina Neely. I love how Pat and Gina interact with each other they seem to be very much in love and have so much fun in the kitchen. I have been in love many times, but never had anyone to share my love of cooking with, well we never cooked together but they all enjoyed being cooked for and being served and I didn't mind it at all.
My favorite Restaruant here in Chicago is The Exchequer Pub, I have been going to this place since I first moved to Chicago and got my first job. My favorit dish to cook, if I had to choose one it would be Spaghetti and Meatballs. Although I am pretty famous for my Ribs and my "breakfast Potatoes"
