"Yummy! I used Trader Joe's frozen skinny string beans. I at 420 for 30 minutes to cook & remove the water, then tossed with olive oil, garlic powder, salt & pepper. I roasted for about 25 minutes more, checking at 5 min intervals. Make sure they are brown & crispy. Takes as good as French Fries."

"The best grilled steak I've ever tasted! Like another person, I threw it all into a bag, along with the steaks & cap full of olive oil & marinated for about 2 hours. I did not have seasoning salt so I made my own from Judi's salt seasoning on this site & did not add the optional salt. Exceptional flavor. Thanks for the recipe!"

"These cookies rolled out so easily after chilling for 2 hours. I used part white flour & whole wheat pastry flour & 3/4 tsp vanilla & just 1/4 almond for personal taste. I baked mine for 6 minutes so the edges were just a bit golden. I don't have the patience for the icing, so I sprinkled tops with different colored sugars. I used..."

"So easy & so good. I made my usual subs of whole wheat pastry flour for the white & canola oil for the butter. I sprayed the bottom & sides of the pan with Pam, cut a circle of parchment paper to fit the pan & placed it bottom & sprayed with Pam again. Tasted buttery & flaky. I used an 8 oz jar of Blueberry Jam I had made. ..."

Baked for about 45 m..."

"This is unbelievably moist! Another recipe used 1 1/2 C oil & 4 eggs, just way too much fat. I used whole wheat pastry flour & had to add an additional 1 TB oil & about 1/4 cup non fat milk because I had no pineapple to make it more liquid. I also subbed 1/3 brown sugar for the white & had no coconut but added raisins. It needs no frosting! Next t..."

"Based on personal taste I reduced the salt to 3 TB. I rubbed this on half a chicken & then stuck it in the fridge for a couple of hours. Covered the chicken & cooked at 400 degrees for an hour. Fabulous! I can't wait to try it on ribs."
