    About Me

    I'm just your regular 20-something girl, working two jobs, going to school, and being subservient to the kitties of the household. I'm a bit of a nerd and a geek (yes, those are different things) and love me some video games, internets, non-fiction science books, and the occasional bubble bath!

    I'm a bit picky with food, being one of those vegemetarian types, but I try to be open to many food possibilities. The spouse is a meat-a-holic, so I look for recipes that will appeal to us both. As long as they doesn't take a long time to make, because I'm either busy or lazy (depending on my mood). I (usually) stay away from "complicated" recipes, because I have a serious case of extreme absent-mindedness which usually results in ruining of potentially tasty food stuffs.

    Sometimes, though, I get it in my head that I'm the Greatest Cook in the World and try and make all kinds of crazy yumminess. Those are frightening, kitchen explodey times.

    I recently bought a scale (why oh why did I do that?) and the numbers on it are just downright scary, so I'm being more careful about what I eat, and I am trying to be healthy. Nachos are healthy, right??
