"Today I constructed this luscious cake and took it to our Mother's Day afternoon tea. It was so easy for me, a time poor mother and looked and tasted marvellous. I could not find a frozen pound cake {not even a Sara Lee one] here in Melbourne so used a store bought sponge cake that was already cut into two horizontally which made my job even ..."

"This worked fabulously !! I halved the recipe as I was a little concerned about the cooking technique but it was really successful. I used my own chicken stock and stirred the cheese through it the second it came out of microwave. On sitting it firmed up and was a delicious little side dish."

"What a delicious sprinkle and a delight to have on hand for baking purposes. It has made the kitchen smell great just putting all the ingredients together. I look forward to putting it on my porridge !!"

"Delicious soup and easy to do. I cannot buy pork and beans here so used standard baked beans and cooked some kransky sausages as the 'pork'. We all loved this for dinner tonight."

"I made this for one and couldn't wait to try it, anxiously standing by the microwave !! I love cooked bananas and way prefer to eat them cooked than just peel and eat a raw one. I left out the coconut as I am not a fan. This was a yummy dessert !!"

"Great and versatile summer salad !! I added some extra things like lettuce and grated carrot to pad it out and make it into a stand alone meal. Loved the slivers of ham and dressing !!"

"Delicious and perfect with hot naan bread. I used Branston Pickle, a famous English chutney and we loved this dip. Tomorrow it will be great with carrot sticks I'm sure. This recipe is the best thing I have made this year so far !!"

"I was nervous doing my eggs this way and could forsee myself having an eggy mess but not so. I used a metal steamer as I don't have a bamboo one. I did bring the eggs to room temp before steaming and then waited out 20 minutes prior to peeling and all the shells came away really easily."

"I made this in a slice tin and will put lemon frosting on it but I have done a taste test and it is soft and moist - so good in fact it may not last long enough for me to frost. It is actually beautiful as a warm cake and could be jazzed up in any way to make a fab dessert . Great way to use up ricotta too."

"This was greatly enjoyed !! I was not sure if it turned out correctly as I was not sure what to expect. It was a little like a dump cake. I used fresh cherries and pitted them by hand which is always a pain in the neck but a necessity."
