    "This worked fabulously !! I halved the recipe as I was a little concerned about the cooking technique but it was really successful. I used my own chicken stock and stirred the cheese through it the second it came out of microwave. On sitting it firmed up and was a delicious little side dish."

    mother of 3 ,part time worker, love to eat and cook, mainly vegetarians in the family and passionate about animals especially dogs. I am recently separated [amicably] and have a new house with lots of renovations planned. Luckily the kitchen is OK so I can still cook !!!     Favorite Foods

    Chocolate is my first love followed closely by tomatoes, raspberries and mangoes. I am always keen to lower the fat intake in whatever I cook and try to use the freshest ingredients possible.
