mother of 3 ,part time worker, love to eat and cook, mainly vegetarians in the family and passionate about animals especially dogs. Chocolate is my first love followed closely by tomatoes, raspberries and mangoes. I am always keen to lower the fat intake in whatever I cook and try to use the freshest ingredients possible.
