    Reviewed Kahlua Fudge
    Handle
     |  By Kim1

"Five stars for a great recipe that can be easily adapted to personal tastes and still turn out fabulous. This is SO good. Rich and very decadent. I made some changes like other reviewers. I used 2 cups special dark chips and 1 cup semi-sweet. I added 1 TBSP instant coffee and upped the Kahlua to 1/2 cup.

When cooking, I kept the Kahlua o..."

    Reviewed Sloppy Buffalo Joes

"I will agree with others that this was a little soupy... but I turned the heat up high and reduced the sauce a lot. Instead of blue cheese, I used crumbled feta and omitted the pickles. I also used almost 1/2 cup of hot sauce because my husband I like it spicy. This will be a regular part of my meal planning as a great way to liven up ground turke ..."

    Reviewed Glazed Carrots

"This recipe was GREAT! I used Reed's extra ginger brew and a bag of baby carrots sliced in half. Although the ginger flavor is not extremely heavy, this dish is really good and not too sweet. After reading the other reviews about replacing the chili powder with curry powder, I decided to use Garam Masala. It turned out well because the spice is mi ..."

    Reviewed Panko Chicken Nuggets

"I was skeptical at first because I had a bad experience with pan frying pork chops in panko bread crumbs. This recipe has changed my mind completely about panko bread crumbs. I made these in my fry daddy jr. and they were amazing. Although some of the panko falls off in the oil, they fry up extremely crispy and delicious. I made these to curb crav ..."

Reviewed Peanut Noodles with Shredded Chicken and Vegetables

"I was afraid the peanut butter would be too much nutty flavor, but the sauce is mild and delicious. The chile-garlic sauce isn't extremely spicy either. I would recommend this to anyone who loves peanut butter."

Reviewed Honey-Jalapeno Chicken with Sesame Soba Noodles

"This recipe was just ok for me. I don't like cilantro, so I replaced it with flat leaf parsley and I replaced the soba noodles with whole wheat pasta because that's what I had. You must love the flavor of the green (cilantro, parsley, or whatever to enjoy this dish. It's a good dish that isn't too spicy or bland. Next time I might toss in some sn ..."

Reviewed Turkey and Black Bean Empanadas

"Once I prepared the filling, it looked to be way too much for the mini 4 inch circles the recipe suggested. I had already cut out the circles, so I added a can of corn, more salsa and put the mixture into the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan and layered the pie crust on top. Just as other readers have mentioned, the mixture looks very dry. I'll probably eat ..."
