"Wanted to know if I could freeze unbaked biscuits to use at a later time. Made the recipe as usual, and put them on a sheet pan leaving about 1/2 inch between them. Froze them solid and then placed them in a freezer bag. When ready to use, I took out what I wanted, placed on a baking sheet and baked as per directions, adding just a couple of minutes. They were just as light and fluffy as always. Family members now get biscuits more frequently. I always quadruple this recipe anyway for large family.
