    "What a delight.

    I was looking for a recipe with a traditional pot roast feel, so I was hesitant to use one that called for a cream soup. However, this recipe met my expectations and then some. The soup ended up being less of a base than I had thought it would; the natural juices of the beef were really in the forefront.
