    "Phenomenal pancakes! They were delicious. I used soy milk and it worked fine. I also didn't have nutmeg so I added just a pinch of allspice and they were seriously the best pumpkin pancakes I've ever tasted. Like everyone has said, the batter is thick. Just help it spread out a bit in the pan and you'll be fine. Thanks, Hope, for such a great recip..."
