"OMG - I love how yummy and healthy these pancakes are! I used vegan substitutions for the eggs and milk, but I've had these pancakes at IHOP, and I think my version is very close. I added 2 tbsp of flax seed meal to up the nutrition, and used 1/3 cup of walnuts instead of a mix of walnuts and almonds. Thank you so much for posting this recipe, A..."

"Thanks so much for this delicious pasta salad! I use McCormick Bac'n Pieces because they are vegetarian, and still-frozen peas because you don't have to worry about being gentle when stirring. After you chill for a few hours, they have defrosted. Also like to use Barilla Mini Farfalle (bow ties. This is fantastic!"

"Fabulous! After reading the most recent few pages of reviews to see if anyone had tried this with tofu, I wanted to add my review to the many already here. I used 1 pound of super firm tofu that was pre-cubed, and didn't do any of the "tricks" to make it more of a meaty texture - just drained & used it out of the package. I tried to pan-fry it ..."

"OMG! I can't believe I love a salad so much - especially one with no cheese or creamy dressing. I doubled the dressing and left out the onion (personal taste, and used the baby greens straight out of the package instead of chopping them. Also used kosher salt, which I think makes a big difference. Thank you for this delicious, healthy main di..."

"Surprisingly good! I tried it because it was so easy and nutritious, but was surprised at how tasty it was. Used low-fat tofu and a Classico marinara in the jar. My immersion blender worked perfectly for blending the tofu mixture. I used the vodka, and penne instead of spaghetti = Penne with Vodka Sauce. Thank you for sharing, Prose!"

"This was great! I changed it quite a bit, but I always get good ideas from other reviewers, so I will describe what I did. Used soy milk + vinegar for the buttermilk, subbed with soy mayonnaise and left out the eggs to make it vegan, doubled the dressing ingredients except for the "buttermilk", added 1 cup each of frozen corn and canned black be..."

"Delicious! I used olive oil instead of butter, cheap chardonnay and 8 cloves of garlic for 3/4 lb. of butternut squash. Probably won't mash all the garlic cloves next time, as the taste was a little much for me (and I'm a huge garlic lover! This is a wonderful recipe to get people to eat more yellow vegetables, which are so good for us. I got..."

"These are great! I've never made pancakes before, but I'm 36 and have eaten plenty of them. Since I've never made them, I didn't question the 2 tbsp. of baking powder. I thought the batter was so thick because I used all whole wheat flour. I added an extra 2 oz. of soymilk, and the batter then looked the consistency of my grandmother's pancak..."

"I made this today, using Crystal Light Pink Lemonade mix, for a girl's baby shower, and the shade of pink was so perfect. I floated a frozen teething ring on top. I thought it was good, and I got several compliments from the guests. I'm not diabetic, so I can't truly appreciate a sugar-free punch. We needed something without sugar because the ..."
