    "I used this recipe because I couldn't find my favourite tried and tested and much loved recipe. They were ok and I would use the recipe again. Although, I did find them to be a little flat due to the mix being quite watery. Next time, I would also use less salt than what's asked for in the Pancake Mix, as I found them to be a bit too salty."

    "I didn't have oil, so used butter instead. I also didn't have buttermilk so I soured some milk with lemon. I also used 4 banana's as suggest by other posts. I used almonds, but can't really taste them. Instead of making one cake - I made 6 giant muffins and put the rest in a loaf tin. The muffins worked GREAT! The loaf is still cooking...all..."
