    "You forgot to mention in your recipe to use a LARGE charcoal grill. Used my Weber Silver kettle grill and a 3 1/2 pound chicken was too tall to put the lid on. Had to "rest" the lid on the chicken. Long story short...the lid fell over, as did the bird, beer spilled out, chicken incinerated, ate cereal for supper. Thanks guys."
