"Great base recipe. I made it with a few tweaks:
Boiled the beans for 4 minutes rather than frying them.
Used ham instead of ground pork.
Added a bit of corn starch to thicken the sauce at the end.
Doubled the recipe."

"Great bread pudding recipe. I added some craisins on top and it came out really well. The only thing that you need to look out for is temperature and cooking time. I used a deeper dish and needed to bake the pudding for nearly an hour and had to turn it up at the end (to 4oo to make sure that it was ready for dinner."
