    New Topic How to cook Chinese noodle--vegetarian zhajiang mian in Holidays & Entertaining

    "1.First, the ingredients:
    You’ll need some soybean oil (vegetable oil would also probably do just fine), about 5 small shitake mushrooms (not those huge ones – you’d only need one of those), and a cucumber (these are Chinese cucumbers but they really don’t taste different than any ol’ cucumber, so any one will do)
    A can of beer – crap..."
