    "These were so good. As far as changing anythng, I just added 1 Tab. of oil and a small cup of all natural applesauce and just used Kell. raisin bran instead of bran flakes and raisins.     "These were wonderful. I do recommend like the other review to spray your plate first because I forgot the first go round and they stuck.     "I made this and we loved it. I made a few adjustments,I added one chopped onion because we just put onion in everything we can. I also added apple cider vinegar because it was on hand.
