"This was delicious I used it to make 1/2 lb restaurant style burgers for my family of six so I added an extra lb of beef and adjusted the other seasonings as I saw fit. I didn't read the recipe before I dove in so I used appx 3 tbsps of dried minced onions instead, I'm sure the sauteed onions would have been nice as well I'll have to try them next..."

"I tried to make a house lo mein for my husband and I used the shrimp marinade from this recipe. He said the shrimp was the best part of the dish! I will try again with the same marinade on all of the meat and possibly even the rest of the recipe."

"I made this for my first OAMC session and my daughter loved it. My son who hates most mexican dishes also loved it and said he'd eat it again. "I made these for my first OAMC session and even made the bagels they were great I topped some with olives and chopped up turkey pepperoni.
