"I loved this. It was so simple and surprisingly creamy! I halved the recipe and it was perfect for me and my husband with a little bit of leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I made a few additions: I sauteed red onions and fresh garlic and added about 2 cups of chopped spinach. I also added about 2 TB lemon juice. I served this with steamed broccoli. A ..."

"Delicious warm comfort food! I loved this recipe and so did the men in my family. They said "It's a keeper!" I did substitute ground turkey for the beef as we don't eat much beef but it was still good. Added a splash of red wine, a bit of chicken broth and some celery to the mix of veggies. We eat rice with everything so we poured this over hot ri..."

"This was really good! I was in the mood for curry so I made this for dinner. I made some substitutions: instead of butter I used 1 tsp. oil to cut down on the fat, instead of baking potatoes I used sweet potatoes. I replaced the chili powder and red pepper with cayenne and garam masala for the curry powder. I also added cauliflower, frozen peas an..."

"Very very good rice recipe! I love rice and always look for different ways to make it. I was making mexican food tonight so I found this recipe. I liked that it was very easy and had not too many ingredients and also was adaptable for a low fat diet. I substituted cooking spray for the butter, stewed tomatoes for the rotel, fat free chicken broth ..."

"This recipe was great! I did have to substitute a bit but it still turned out very flavorful. I only had one can of stewed tomatoes so I used 1 can plus an 8 oz can of tomato sauce. I also added extra spices: 1 tsp cumin and 2 tsp dried oregano. Very tasty and smells great while cooking in the oven!"

"Very nice dish. I altered it a bit to my own taste. Thought the sauce was a bit strong so I added a little water, more lime juice and a tablespoon of sugar to balance out the saltiness of the soy sauce and PB. Tossed it with linguine and stir fry brocolli and red peppers. It is very good warm but I can't wait to have the cold leftovers tomorrow!"

"I made this tonight for my family and they loved it! My husband wants it again next week! I made a few substitutions: roasted turkey for the chicken breast, hot italian turkey sausage for the smoked turkey sausage and stewed tomatoes for the chopped tomatoes. It all came out wonderful and delicious! Thanks for sharing!"

"I can't say how much I love this dish! I have made it many times, in fact it is bubbling away right now! I followed another reviewers advice to add tomato soup. It does make the sauce thicker. Beautiful dish and the smells throughout the house is heavenly!"
