"I loved this recipe! I forgot to add the jalepeno pepper, but I went a little heavier on the hot sauce so i think it balanced out (i don't like really spicy dishes anyway. Will definitely make again. I went organic start to finish and it all tastes so fresh!"

"I really enjoyed this! I didn't have penne, so I used linguine and served mine right away, which was really nice because the nutty flavor in the cauliflower came out strong, and the pasta was nicely coated in the oily dressing. "This was delicious! I wasn't sure how to incorporate the cilantro and mint and oil, so I just added them to the dressing after the paprika and orange juice were well whisked. This salad is really interesting, and I would even have it as a snack."
