"I have been using this recipe for brining turkey for the last few years. It makes the white meat so juicy. I do not use the aromatics because I stuff my turkey. I also do not usually have the candied ginger on hand, but I think it comes out just as good. If you have never used brine before, please try, you will not be sorry!"

"I served this at a neighborhood get together, and it was a huge success. I made the whole recipe, but next time will cut in half. I did use the large tomato, and used real bacon crumbs. I presented it in a paritally hollowed out head of iceberg lettuce and served with Pita chips. It looked and tasted great! Thanks for a hit!"

"I loved this recipe! I use the breast meat from a rotisserie chicken, and have used different mixes/types of cheese. Even better the next day!"
