"this was so good! i only had red potatoes so i used them. i also did not have time to soak them the full 30 min and they turned out fine. (although this may be due to the fact that they were not baking potatoes. the only thing i did differently was i added fines herbs in between the layers and a little olive oil on top. it turned out great. there..."

"we made this recipe for lunch and it seemed very bland. everyone else who has rated it used alot more garlic than the recipe calls for and that would probably help. "

"this is so good. we have made it twice now and none has been left over yet. we omited the jalapeno because it is just about as spicy as i can stand without it. we didn't have any coriander so we put a tiny dash of cinnamon in instead. over all this is one of my new favorite recipes. thanks kosmic blues!"

"this is a pretty fast and easy recipe that my mom and i just had for dinner. i am not a fan of ginger at all really so we only used 1/2 tsp. and it was just enough to flavor it yet not overpower the squash taste. also a dab of the the sour cream really brought out all the flavors. we will be making this again."
