Reviewed Chocolate Peanut Fosting
"This is the icing that everyone asks for when I bake cakes. I omit the chocolate and put it on banana cupcakes. Barely able to put them on the table before they are gone."

New Topic Fruit sugar in Cooking Q & A
"I am trying to make a family recipe for Scottish shortbread that calls for fruit sugar. I have now searched for 3 years for fruit sugar and can`t seem to find it. Can anyone tell me if there is another name for fruit sugar or where I may find it. Thanks so much!"

I love to cook though my skills do not always match my ambition. I'm known as a picky eater and often change recipes to avoid things I don't like. A friend of mine loves to tell the story of my meatball recipe where I only used 1ingredient (not even the same meat) and cooking temp and changed everything else.
I try to eat healthy and have recently tried a oamc approach. I like seafood, chicken and cilantro and hate bacon and green peppers.

"Not sure why that is the name of this moist apple cake. I found this on my clan website and thought I'd give it a try. Definately something different (and delicious). Would taste great with a carmel topping."
