    I'm a proud mother of two crazy cute little boys! I love spending lots of time with them but my passion lies in my kitchen. Every meal I put out for my family has heart and love put into every ingredient and every bite. I love making meal time an excuss to have a new experience for enjoying good food. I enjoy getting my kids involved in the kitchen with me so that can learn the skills to grow up into productive men and expose them to new foods they other wise wouldnt be open to trying.

    Favorite Foods

    We have a pretty eclectic variety of foods that i enjoy cooking, but i think our favorite would have to be italian, pastas, lasagnas, parmasean.... yuummmm. We love it all. But I try to change it up and keep variety. We love eating at Olive Garden, where i get lots of ideas for new dishs and have perfectly replicated the tuscana soup and the Chianti braised beef with wild mushroom risoto, my hubbys favorite dish.
