    About Me

I love to play around with recipes...and I almost never follow a recipe exact.

    Favorite Foods

Ethnic food is my favorite. The crazier the better! Everybody raves about my Spinach Enchiladas so I am always asked to make it...I am a little bored with it so I always put a new twist to it. I usually try to cut calories without losing flavor at home.

We don't eat out much -to fatty but when we do, Roy's (Hawaiian Fusion) is my fave!
