    "This recipe will be great on those summer days when it is too hot to even turn on the oven! So fresh tasting and easy to make.I followed the recipe exactly up until I tasted it to adjust for seasoning. It was a bit too sweet tasting for me, so I added some extra red wine vinegar and and some more salt and pepper. I look forward to the leftovers!"
