I'm a Dad who enjoys cooking!
My favorite foods are almost anything Puerto Rican. Love pork chops with rice and red beans. I enjoy cooking with "sabor". Nothing too spicy, but the seasoning has to make my tonghue dance and my mouth water.
I am learning to create my own marinades and sauces. Grilling out on the deck while the kids play is awewsome.
Willing to try new flabors. Any suggestions?
