    I am a homeschooling Mom with six, yes six, kids. We cook, cuz we eat, now iam on a restricted diet consisting of no sugar and a lot of vegtables and fruits. We love sweets in our family so I a always looking for a healthie way to cook. I also have dairy restrictions, and am alergic to soy.

    Favorite Foods

    I am famous for my healthy apple pie, no sugar, just honey and spices. I love having the opportunity to home can our own food. I am newly famous for my Kiwi strawberry jam, soon I need to learn to make jam with out sugar or artificial sweetners!
