"I went from being someone who had barely let guacamole pass my lips, to eating guacamole just about every other week since I first tried this recipe. Fresh lime juice and cilantro are musts. I use most of the juice from a whole lime. Haven't bothered with salsa yet, and instead add extra tomato and some minced onion. A little Tabasco is good ..."

"Wanted an easy but tasty meal and got it with this! I sliced each of the giant breasts in half and doubled the sauce (used V8. 25 minutes was about right. The mozzarella was a yummy touch but wouldn't make or break this chicken. Was good with rice and green beans."

"This was surprisingly good. Found the recipe when searching for something to use up some fresh basil (although after reading some reviews now I want to try to find some thai basil! It was my first time eating bok choy, not bad! The only subs we made were using 1 tsp green curry paste instead of chili paste, and we added peanuts because my husband..."

"Delicious and ridiculously easy! Foolproof might be the word, I don't think you can overcook it unless you let it sit there and burn or something. You'll want to eat it fresh off the stove but it benefits from thickening in the fridge. Had it with some baked apple slices, and awesome just on plain old vanilla ice cream."

"Delicious. I wasn't sure how the whole roasting grapes thing was going to go, but they really made this dish stand out. The pine nuts were a nice touch, but those suckers were pricey so I would probably skip them next time. I didn't really measure the oil and butter and I think I put too much in, so I'll watch that more closely next time. I've alw..."

"Got a lot of compliments on these when I brought them to work. I like that they're not too soft and not too crisp. The first time I made them I didn't care for the salty bites from the kosher salt, so the second time I made them, I measured out the kosher salt then ground it up a little with the mortar and pestle. (I'll admit I'm not educated enou..."

"This was a really tasty dinner. The vinaigrette was perfect, and I especially like the addition of the kalamata olives and fresh basil, really helped bolster the flavor. I realizing I'm just not big on avocado so I won't use it again, which I guess negates the "California" aspect of this dish, but hey, it's still really good!"

"I really enjoyed this. Ate it straight with no rice but I look forward to trying it again with some rice. It was very flavorful and seemed pretty healthy! Didn't use the cilantro or parsley, and my husband threw in bottled lemon juice before I could remind him we had a fresh lemon, but still tasted wonderful in the end."

"Made this for a potluck at work around Thanksgiving. I wanted to make something with pumpkin but I knew folks would be eating lots of regular pumpkin pie so I gave this a try. The crust was really yummy. My only complaint is that the vanilla pudding flavor overpowered the pumpkin, so next time I would probably just use one pudding packet. Thanks f..."

"I had leftover brown rice and decided it was time to try these. Made them exactly as written, even found Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing. I threw my Quaker old-fashioned oats in the food processor to make the mixture blend well. Soy sauce added just enough flavor. Very tasty on wheat buns with lettuce, tomato, onion."
