"Really, really good. Not too sweet. I used dry shredded unsweetened coconut and they still turned out great!"

"I've had great luck with this recipe but I do change a few small things. I am allergic to potato starch so I use corn starch instead, and I do not knead the dough so it can have chunks of butter like regular pie crust. I have used it for quiche, galettes, and pies. :"

"Okay, I'm convinced. These will be my go-to brownies for forever. Maybe they're not low-low carb, but they're probably a bit healthier than regular brownies. These would be killer with any addition - nuts, chocolate chunks, white chocolate.... Wow!!!"

"I love these! I brushed them with an egg wash and sprinkled them with sesame seeds right before they went in the oven. I didn't have potato starch, so I tried using tapioca starch instead, and I really liked the results."
