    Reviewed Oven-Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice

    Amazing! I recommend that Kosher salt be used (I imagine it would be far too salty if a whole tsp. of regular table salt was used). I used only 1 Tbsp. of the grated Parmesan. My husband actually asked me "How did you make this cauliflower taste so good?" Wow - I want to make this again tomorrow night!
