"This turned out fabulous and took less cooking time than usual. Would do again and love using an electric roaster-frees up the oven for side dishes. The roasters are usually very resonably priced and well worth the investment. Also use it for our beef tenderloin at Chrismas.
It was a perfect turkey. Thanks!"

"Made this for a family Christmas get together and really enjoyed it. Left out the coconut and used 2 bags of the shredded cabbage and carrot mix. Great taste. Different twist on the normal coleslaw. Would make again."

"Made this for Christmas dinner. Good flavor but cooking time was off for me. Cooked for 45 min and it looked fine when I took it out. Was at the right temp and pink juices flowed when pulled thermometer out, but let it rest 15 min and it was well done. Next time would only cook 35 min if you want to let it rest and be medium rare. "This was really great. A real hit with the family. I used creamed corn cuz that's what I had and used frozen chicken tenders. It was so easy. I used lowfat cream cheese and it turned out just fine. Served over brown rice. And served with a corn casserole. Will make this again, a keeper."
