"The chipotle cream really made this dish. The dish was very light and tasty. I would add more of the chipotle if you like things spicy like I do. Definitely a repeat."

"Closer to 3.5. This is a very healthy recipe, but it lacks flavor...I added chicken sausages sauteed in o.o. and garlic...This added the savoriness that the dish lacked. I followed the directions otherwise. My husband enjoyed this, so I can see myself making this again. O, and 4lbs of zucchini seems a little overkill. I likely used only 2lbs. ..."

"I've never had acorn squash before, so I was a little hesitant. However, this recipe really makes it good...even my husband enjoyed it. I wanted a starchy dish that was not mashed potato. I think that calories wise, they are similar. My husband did think that panko crumbs on top during the broiling stage would've added to the dish. I microwav..."

"4.5 stars. I don't care much for frosting, but I think this is as good as it gets. I did add too much half and half, so it was more fitting as a filling than a frosting. Before I realized what I did wrong (the weather here is mad hot, so I just figured that was the cause, I added piping gel to attempt to increase stability and found that to gi..."

"This cake is so light and moist. To make it more convenient, I made the recipe into cupcakes. It took about 25mins for the middle to set at 350F. I also concentrated the coffee (double the amt of grind. I don't normally try recipes that aren't highly rated and have scores of reviews, but the recipe looked good. No regrets. Better as a cake ..."

"I had some cream cheese frosting I was trying to find a use for. And these came out very good. I did toast the coconut and pecans before mixing them in for a deeper flavor. And after I mixed the sugar into the butter, I took it off the flame for about 5 minutes or so while I was preparing the other items to mix in. Then combined the egg/milk m ..."

"I'm not sure what happened. I followed most of the directions, except that I used canned peaches with all the juice (3 15oz cans (per a few reviewers. I even added cornstarch to thicken it a little. And yet, my cobbler came out watery in the middle. I know it's not supposed to be dry, from watching the video. Yet, this is undone. I cooked ..."
