"I made this for New Years Eve. It was a huge hit. I used garlic instead of shallots and used slightly less lemon juice and a bit more stock. It was a light and healthy dish. I served it with Trader Joe brown rice blend cooked in chicken stock with dried cherries and walnuts. The best rice product ever, salad and crusty bread"

"To hot to do much cooking in Minnesota so what beter than a salad. This was great. The flavors blended together well and the crunch of the vegetables with the pasta was perfect. I had boneless skinless chicken breasts so I grilled them rather than boiling them. The next time I make this I will cut back on the oil it seemed a bit to oily for me but..."

"I made this for dinner last night . Just perfect for the 2 of us. The flavors blended together perfectly. I had ran out of garlic powder so I used minced garlic and it was fine. I did make this in a pan on the stove but I think it would be great grilled"

"I made this about 3 weeks ago and sent some back to college with my son. He was home this weekend and wanted more Salsa . He said the guys in the dorm thought it was the best. I made a double batch yesterday. It is a great Salsa a bit of a kick but not to much. I followed the recipe as is and the only thing I may change is adding a few more jalepe..."

"I first started making this in June. i think it has been in my fridge at least once every week since. It is an absolute favorite of my 17 year old. I make it exactly as the recipe reads. The flavors blend well and the dill pickle gives it just the right bite. It doesn't last long at my home"

"This was a great recipe to use up Easter Ham and some Asparagus I had in the fridge. Quick and easy with great rich flavor. I did increase the cream to about 1/3cup and added the parmesan to the sauce before tossing the pasta in . I sprinkled shredded Parmesan on top just before serving."

"This is wonderful Just enough spice to it. I was a bit nervous about the amount of hot sauce the recipe called for but I used the full 2 tablespoons and it didn't seem to be to much . I agree that it feeds more than 4 I think you could easily feed 6 . There were lots of leftovers that were great reheated the next day."

"My youngest son requsted Lasagna for his Birthday dinner. I am bad about using a recipe and have just made it from my head. He loves to cook and wants a recipe so decided it was time to follow one. This was the best, I followed the recipe exactly and my family loved it. Personally I would cut back a bit on the salt in the sauce and the chees mixtu..."

"just trying to look at ways to lower the fat in our diets. I made these using a box of carrot cake mix and added some raisins . They were fabulous. Even my almost 6 foot sons thought these were good. Needless to say they were made for the waistlines of my DH and I but will quickly be consumed by the boys who can afford to add a few pounds"
