    New Topic Question:Kumquat- Marmalade in Cooking Q & A

    "Kumquat Marmalade

    I changed the quanitity and four times it, because I had so many kumquats, and it taste delicious but it didn't thicken enough. I put some pectin in it too.
    This was the first time I've ever tried canning, and i just want to know if there is a way to thicken it...."
