I added a splash of vanilla, bit of grated lemon zest and a good grating of nutmeg because I like those flavors, I used nuts I had on hand, some almonds and Brazil nuts. Also used nice Medjool Dates that I pitted and chopped myself with a little flour to fend off the stickiness. THANKS!"
