    "Very simple - I used an immersion "stick" blender in a glass measuring cup and works very well. I reccommend straining the mixture to remove those little bits of egg that don't blend in. Also add a little sugar or a packet of diet sweetener just to add a touch of sweetness to the batter itself"

    "So many great soda bread recipes as usual... I used this one because I am more fond of sour cream than buttermilk. I also made a few changes with items from other recipes here on Recipezaar - I substituted 1 cup of RYE flour and I was a bit shy on the full pint of sour cream so I added another egg & 4oz melted butter - I also added about a 1/2 cup..."

    "Very easy to prepare - wonderful outcome! I added a splash of vanilla, bit of grated lemon zest and a good grating of nutmeg because I like those flavors, I used nuts I had on hand, some almonds and Brazil nuts. Also used nice Medjool Dates that I pitted and chopped myself with a little flour to fend off the stickiness. THANKS!"
