"to this easy to make recipe, i added 2 TBSPs of A-1 sauce and 1 TBSP tangy dill relish, plus a pinch of cayenne pepper, as i like a bit of a bite. will make this again soon. as the flavors develop while simmering on the stove, you can put your feet up for a few minutes and relax after a hard day at work."

"excellent, very tender and moist pork chops. i used 2 cloves finely minced garlic and touch of salt, and balsamic vinegar in place of ginger. very easy to assemble. browned the chops in stainless steel pan and cooked in same pan. no problem. let stand for 10 minutes before serving. "
